After unsuccessful treatment in Bangladesh, we took him to the Asian Institute of Gastroenterology, Hyderabad, India, where he was diagnosed with Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor (GIST). He underwent surgery, but complications followed, and despite all efforts, he passed away on March 21, 2019.We spent nearly $34,000 on his treatment, mostly through loans from friends and relatives. Today, we still owe $22,000, and the repayment pressure is overwhelming. I am the sole earner in my family, working as a lecturer at a private university, and my limited income makes it impossible to repay this debt.I humbly request financial support from anyone who is able to help.
