After unsuccessful treatment in Bangladesh, we took him to the Asian Institute of Gastroenterology, Hyderabad, India, where he was diagnosed with Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor (GIST). He underwent surgery, but complications followed, and despite all efforts, he passed away on March 21, 2019.We spent nearly $34,000 on his treatment, mostly through loans from friends and relatives. Today, we still owe $22,000, and the repayment pressure is overwhelming.
